Coaching points
- Make space with combatives to the legs
- Sit up placing 1 hand on the floor behind you. Do not place the elbow on the floor.
- Turn to one side taking the weight on the hand and feet – lift the hips off the ground
- Protect the face with the lead hand
- Turn to the rear sprint position, both hands on the ground – sprint away
