These micro lessons are not designed to teach you new skills, they are here to help you revise and rehearse the skills you have already been exposed to. Later in the series you will find a range of instructors teaching more advanced techniques in a class environment.

How best to use these videos

It is vital you make the most of spare time to slowly and correctly practice your newly acquired skills. You can practice alone or with a partner if you have one available. g cloud . Focus on quality, good mechanics and good form.

Do not rush or put formative techniques (movements that are not yet natural to you) under pressure. You simply learn bad habits more quickly.
