Everest Base Camp Trek with British Krav Maga £1500

November 10th to November 24th 2018
This year we wanted to offer British Krav Maga members something different. In fact, not just different, something really special. A “Bucket list” type event that was truly a once in a lifetime thing.
We looked at various permutations of big adventurous activities from crossing the Atlantic, going down the Amazon, or an ultra-endurance event as a team.
We wanted something dramatic and accessible. Accessible both financially and physically – with preparation. And it had to be a significant challenge.
Out of the blue, British Krav Maga’s very own little Indiana Jones, (Brian Smith) embarked on a trek to Everest Base Camp. The images coming back stunning, Brian was almost euphoric about the experience, and as a former Royal Marine Brian’s had his fair share of adventures.
Quite by chance, I found myself at a business training event and was partnered with a great guy called Andy Moore who just so happened to run Everest Base Camp Treks. A combination of Andy’s enthusiasm, Brians feedback and a healthy discount for British Krav Maga members and the die was set, we’d found our bucket list event.
